Good but has major problem

I dont know if this is how its supposed to be but my drawings are changing by themselves before I send them. I make a certain object/shape, then work on a different part and suddenly its all smudged or stretched for example if I make a dot as an eye overtime it will transform into a longer rectangle or something else when I look away for a few seconds and focus on a different part. If I work on a drawing long enough by the end Ill basically have to redo it as I have to fix everything because its all smudged when I clearly completely avoid the completed areas. Look into this please.
