Love it when it works... Which is never

I have deleted the app and re installed it. I have the latest version. I have tried allowing ALL Pop up notifications and have tried it with and without WiFi. First it said it "had trouble transferring game data" and would delete my wonderful masterpieces and Id have to draw them again, 2, maybe 3 times. Then it worked great for one whole hour. THEN I would open it and it would say "Loading Game..." For an indefinite amount of time, until the app either crashed or my phone locked. NOW when I open the app it says nothing and doesnt even have a loading icon of any sort. It is either very unpredictable or extremely predictably terrible.
PLEASE somebody help me with a solution at hannahglass522@gmail? I loved the app, but the same crap happened to it 2 years ago and nothing has changed (I even have a new phone). Im one of the most patient people and cannot stand this apps level of DERPAGE!
